90 Day Fiance Steven says Olga’s K-1 visa approved, she will be coming to US soon

90 Day Fiance Steven and Olga update - her K-1 visa approved, will be in the United States soon

In what may give fans feelings of 90 Déjà Vue, 90 Day Fiance star Steven Frend has just revealed that his Russian fiance Olga’s K-1 visa has been approved and she will be in the United States “in a week or 2!”

In case you missed it, Steven announced on Christmas Eve that Olga’s visa was approved, and he flew to Russia in late January in hopes of returning with Olga and their son Alex. Steven was in Russia for just over two months, during which time Olga had her interview at the US embassy.

However, it seems that she did not receive her final approval as quickly as the couple hoped, and Steven was forced to return home due to his job. But, Olga’s interview apparently went well, and she was eventually approved to come to the US!

“Sorry I’ve been on a SM break while I work on plans,” Steven revealed in his Instagram story, after not posting on the site for two weeks. “I had to leave Russia w/o Olga early or I was going to lose my job,” he further explained.

“I’m in the U.S. now, Olga will be here in a week or 2,” Steven assures us. “She already has her visa. Now we only need the plane tickets.”

I’ve kind of already done this post before, when Steven first announced the good news about Olga’s via approval in December, so I will just wrap this post up as I did the previous one — including an explanation for why Steven and Olga now call their son Alex. I will also tack on some TONS OF amazing photos and videos from Steven’s most recent time in Russia…

If you are curious why Steven and Olga are now calling their son Alex instead of his given first name Richie — as they did while filming — Steven explained on Instagram. “A lot of people ask who is Alex? Well on the show, since we named him Richie, that’s what we had to call him in the show,” Steven admits. “But it’s too hard for me to call him by my dad’s name, so Olga and I call him by his middle name, Aleksandr — Alex.”

Congratulations to Steven and Olga! I know that viewers are not very supportive of Steven given how he has acted towards Olga this season, but I remain optimistic and hope that a lot of it was due to editing. And the bad parts that weren’t due to editing, I am hoping that Steven will be able to mature and change for the better. That being said, I’ve already reserved my ticket on the Steven hate train and I’m not afraid to get on board if he continues being an asshat.
