Kailyn Lowry and Briana DeJesus will be returning to Dr. Miami for another round of plastic surgery.
The Teen Mom 2 star (Kail) and soon to be Teen Mom 2 star (Briana) are both expecting and hoping that Dr. Michael Salzhauer will be able to help them get their bodies back in shape after delivery.
Briana, the former Teen Mom 3 cast member who will be joining the cast of Teen Mom 2, posted a confirmation text message between herself and Dr. Miami to Twitter:

Briana received liposuction, a Brazilian butt lift, a labiaplasty and her second breast augmentation with Dr. Miami in January of 2016.
Dr. Miami, the star of his own reality TV show on WE tv, told Radar about Kail’s plans:
“Kailyn is scheduling to have plastic surgery with me after she has this baby… There is a myth that you can only have a tummy tuck once you are done having kids. But it’s not really true. You can have a tummy tuck after your first kid and if you get pregnant you can have another one. The body is amazingly elastic.”
Kail underwent a Brazilian butt lift, liposuction on her neck and a tummy tuck with Dr. Miami. Amazingly enough, the surgery was documented on Snapchat.
