Less than a year after moving into her new home, Tamra Judge is putting her Ladera Ranch house on the market. Tamra took to social media to confirm the news.
“Yes, This is happening. After a very emotional year we have decided to make a change. I love the process of remodeling & decorating and enjoyed ever step of the way. I can’t wait for you you to see what’s next . We are very excited about the next chapter of our life…. stay tuned #godisgood”
Despite all her efforts to renovate and design the new house, Tamra never fell in love with the home like she was hoping. “It might go on the market,” she revealed on The Daily Dish podcast in July.
“We kept our old house, rented it out, and bought a house, like, literally walking distance.” Tamra explained. “I never really fell in love with the house. We gutted it, re-did it, and even now I’m like, ‘I just don’t feel like I’m at home.'”
Tamra also admits she got bad vibes from the house.
“Since we moved in, it’s just been one thing after another,” she told Bravo’s Most Wanted. “We moved in under construction, which was stressful. Then, our dog got cancer. Then, our guinea pig died. Then, I broke my foot the same day the guinea pig died. Eddie also underwent the first of many heart procedures as soon as they moved into the home.”
The home boasts five bedrooms, five bathrooms, and almost 4,000 square feet. Tamra and Eddie purchased the house in December of 2017 for $1,585,000 and it’s currently listed for $1,799,000.
No word yet on where Tamra and Eddie are moving next, but the reality star promised she won’t be leaving the OC anytime soon!
