This is just a clip from all of us here at starcasm as a thank you to our readers following the Thanksgiving holidays. There are some things that don’t tire for me personally and one of them is the ever popular, “soldier surprise” videos. I found this fantastic clip of a father causing his daughter to do a serious double-take via WelcomeHomeBlog and it’s sure to bring out a Kleenex or two.

I know without question that Alexis is thankful for her daddy and we’re thankful for his service and dedication:
No one tells it like children and I love how one of little Alexis’ classmates asks, “Is she crying?” And another responds, “Those are some happy tears!”
