Congratulations to Unexpected couple Tiarra Boisseau and Dee Ragland as they welcome their second child together, another girl!
Proud pop Dee made the first public announcement with a Facebook post Wednesday afternoon. Here is Dee’s full announcment:
EJR 12:53 7 lbs 0 oz Welcome to the #RaglandCrew 👶🏽🤍
Let me see if I can’t expand a little on Dee’s shorthand. Ensley Joanne Ragland was born at 12:53 (PM I assume) on Wednesday, July 21. She weighed seven pounds and zero ounces.
Tiarra’s sister Tyra responded in the comments of Dee’s post. “Baby EJ can’t wait to see you.”

Over the next few hours, Dee made two more Facebook posts. “Now I got 2 future WNBA point guards… Coo,” he wrote about an hour after his announcement. “Ella got Juice wrld for her first song so EJ gets lil durk 🖤,” he added later.
So far the only photo we have of Ensley is the one included at the top of this post with her name spelled out in wooden necklace beads. It was posted by Tiarra on Instagram along with the caption: “Heart is full 💕.”
We will try to keep an eye out and update when we have our first real photo(s) of Ensley! Congratulations again to Tiarra and Dee and big sister Ella! We look forward to seeing the birth and meeting Ensley on Unexpected Season 5!
