90 DAY FIANCÉ Thais responds to Patrick’s affair allegations, both appear in court VIDEO
Starcasm broke the news that 90 Day Fiancé star Patrick Mendes filed court documents this week claiming his wife Thais Mendes had an affair that came to light in April. Patrick also claims in the filing that Thais “grabbed a knife and threatened [Patrick] with it, all while holding [their daughter Aleesi]” prior to her arrest in May.
Shabooty shared details from Starcasm’s report on Instagram, and Thais responded in the comments section.
“It’s all fake and he is desperate to try to make me wrong,” Thais wrote, adding a laughing face emoji.
Thais returned and left a longer comment:
He’s the one out there at clubs kissing women in front of 90 Day cast members. I’ve never done anything like that.
He’s just trying to make me wrong because I chose not to go back to the marriage. And I will never go back to a toxic man. Period.
A commenter replied to Thais and brought up the knife. “You’re the one cheating going on trips paying for plastic surgery behind his back abusing people. Pulling knives.”
Thais replied: “Bla bla bla! How do you prove I grabbed a knife? That’s a lie and AI. My team is already working to find out where these false accusations are coming from.”

Patrick Mendes’s bombshell motion was filed just one day before a scheduled court hearing on Thursday.
Our Nevada Judges, Inc. was filming the hearing, which lasted just a couple minutes. (Video below.)
Thais and Patrick were both present with counsel. Their attorneys announced themselves and then the judge shared a case status.
“It’s my understanding the parties have stipulated to take today’s hearing off calendar,” the judge sad. “We’re scheduled October 6th for a hearing and we’ll address all the issues then. My department, pursuant to the agreement of counsel, will send out a referral to mediation as is required by the rules.”
That was it. That was the hearing.
As the judge stated, Patrick and Thais are due back in court on October 6. I assume Thais’s attorney will be filing a motion responding to Patrick’s allegations before that hearing, so stay tuned.

THAIS AND PATRICK AS “MOM” AND “DAD” IN THE MOTION
Starcasm’s original story about Patrick’s motion, and other posts quoting us as a source, stirred up doubts online due to the language used in the filing.
Patrick is referred to as “Dad” and Thais as “Mom” throughout the motion. That is unusual wording for legal documents, and many openly questioned the authenticity of the source documents.
