It’s a hump day Teen Mom OG sneak peek round up y’all!
In the TM teasers this week we’ve got Butch Baltierra celebrating a year of sobriety, Amber Portwood meeting Matt Baier’s grown son for the first time and Maci Bookout getting a birthday surprise.
AMBER
Amber and Matt are out in Los Angeles for a taping of the Dr. Drew Show and they meet up with Matt’s estranged son Chris Baier. All 3 openly discuss Chris’ struggles with drug addiction and his public negative comments about his biological dad.
“I think people think too much into the situation., like, when it comes to me and you. You were never awful at all. Not even once,” Chris says of Matt.
MACI
While we certainly know that drama gets the clicks, it’s moments like these that make Teen Mom such a relevant and enjoyable watch. Maci Bookout gets a sweet surprise for her 25th birthday and a wonderful memory.
As a parent myself, I loved watching Bentley take his shoe off right in the middle of a conversation and examine it. Such a classic kid move!
CATELYNN
We were seriously bummed out by the recent news that Butch Baltierra found himself back in jail after driving with a suspended license. This clip is a good reminder of how precious sobriety can be as the family gathers to celebrate Butch’s first full year clean.
Butch cries those happy tears when he reads out loud a text from his daughter, “Dad, I’m sorry I can’t be there. I’m so proud of you and honored to call you my father for once in my life I feel like I have a father worth looking up to. I love you dad. You have trumped every doubt I have ever had about you.”
Hearing Butch read that heartfelt note while watching Tyler rock his baby girl in his arms… That’s some seriously good TV.
