Selena Gomez fires back after media labels her ‘thick’ for new bikini photos
Selena Gomez is enjoying a little getaway in Mexico… So, naturally, some followers and people in the media decided it was a good time to bring her down by insulting her body.
The ridiculousness began yesterday, when Selena slipped into a teeny pink bikini to spend some time in the waves. The lovely people at TMZ described the look like this: “There’s not a ton of material to her ensemble, but what there is — is definitely working overtime to cover the 22-year-old’s assets. Things are getting thick down in Mexico.”
Fortunately, some others were a bit nicer…

It seems Selena caught wind of the TMZ trashing, because she responded a few hours later by offering them another look at her body — and by saying she has no problem with her look. (Who would?!)
After a rough bout last year, Selena seems to be in a better place these days. She’s even found love again with Zedd, who called her “incredible” during an interview with People this week.
