This is one of the cases that makes it difficult to have sympathy for paparazzi: Boris Issaei is suing Pink and Carey Hart for their involvement in physically attacking and humiliating him in June. The aggressive encounter began when Pink and Carey realized Boris was photographing them while they were changing their daughter’s diaper in a public park.
According to documents obtained by TMZ, Boris admits neither Pink nor Carey threw any punches. However, he claims they encouraged their friend to fight the battle. Boris says Carey also yelled “You f***ing c*** … You f***ing pedophile” while Pink added, “You’re photographing my baby naked.”
What Boris doesn’t mention is that he further provoked Carey and his friend after cops came to check out the scene. With all that evidence on the table, 93 percent of respondents to a TMZ poll said the photographer was the bad guy.
I generally withhold my opinion on matters like these, but c’mon?! I know they were in a public park, but it’s never acceptable to photograph a child without his/her clothes.
