It was only a week ago that The Bachelor winner (and eventual Brad Womack heart breaker) Emily Maynard tweeted, “Should I be embarrassed that my 6 year old has more of a social life than I do?”
Emily’s friends must have been listening to her cry for help, and thankfully they didn’t choose to address the problem by limiting Emily’s daughter Ricki’s social life. Instead they elected to “kidnap” Emily for a girls’ night out in Las Vegas! Here’s what Emily tweeted on Saturday:
Friends kidnapped me! At the airport heading to Vegas for girls weekend. Anyone have any fun suggestions? Im so excited!
It seems someone had a fun suggestion, and that fun suggestion was to head to the nightclub XS and join up with none other than Hugh Hefner’s ex Holly Madison, star of The Girls Next Door and Holly’s World! The blond on blond (yes that’s a Dylan reference) encounter took place at Sunday night’s swim party and the two reality show beauties hit it off immediately. Holly tweeted about her new bff via twitter:

According to HauteLiving.com, “The Southern belle sipped on champagne with her friends and enjoyed the atmosphere into the early hours of the morning.” Emily was sporting straight hair, which is quite a contrast from her normal curls. I like the “sweet girl” curls better, but the straight hair does look more nightclubbish, and it’s not as though Emily still isn’t drop-dead gorgeous!
The much-needed girls’ night out comes on the heels of Emily’s emotional interview with Chris Harrison addressing her break up from The Bachelor Brad Womack. I say kudos to Emily and kudos to her friends! Sipping champagne and hanging out with another celebrity in Las Vegas was probably just what the doctor ordered. (Let’s just hope the next morning didn’t involve a tiger, Mike Tyson and a very angry Asian man in her trunk!)
