PHOTOS Kailyn Lowry and Javi Marroquin hit the red carpet for Star Hollywood Rocks event

Teen Mom 2 wrapped up its fifth season with the dramatic second half of the Reunion Special Tuesday night, but for star Kailyn Lowry, the end of the season was just the beginning as she embarks on a huge publicity tour to promote her new book, Pride Over Pity. The book was officially released on Tuesday (Barnes & Noble erroneously began selling copies early), and Kailyn (and Javi and Lincoln) are currently in California where she appeared on E! News in an interview with Giuliana Rancic earlier this week:

After the Giliana Rancic interview, Kaily and Javi did something quite rare in the Teen Mom Universe — they made a red carpet appearance! A mighty gussied up Kail and Javi joined a slew of celebs attending the “Star Presents Hollywood Rocks” event last night.

Kailyn “Hollywood Rocked” a long-sleeve black top and patterned pant while Javi wore a blue, white and black patterned top and a bow tie. 🙂

“Hollywood Rocks” included a performance by singer Cher Lloyd and featured a guest list that included Real Housewives Gretchen Rossi and Joanna Krupa, Karrueche Tran, Ridiculousness‘ Chanel West Coast, Big Brother and Amazing Race vet Rachel Reilly, Shahs of Sunset‘s Golnesa “GG” Gharachedaghi and professional reality show cast member Erica Rose.
