Golnesa “GG” Gharachedaghi has gotten engaged. The Shahs of Sunset star announced that she and her boyfriend Omid Kalantari are going to be taking the next step in their relationship on last night’s episode of Watch What Happens Live. However, they aren’t in a huge rush to get to the altar.
“Omid and I definitely decided to take it to another level,” GG told host Andy Cohen on the show, adding, “We’re going to take it slowly a little bit.” Hopefully, they won’t take it too slow. Fans of Shahs would surely love to see a GG/Omid wedding on television and from the looks of it, she’s not opposed. When a fan asked her if they’d be seeing a season 3 wedding, she replied, “Perhaps!”
As for the proposal, GG says, “The proposal was very cute. I just recently was on the cover of L.A. Fashion Magazine, and on the cover, I’m wearing a bridal-style gown. [Omid] told me he thought it was a cute dress if we ever thought of getting married and [then asked] me to grab the magazine so he could look at it again.”
When she went into the room, the mag was propped up with the engagement ring beside it. “I turned around and he was right there. Then he asked the infamous question: ‘You wanna do this or what?’ I was laughing hysterically.”

Shahs of Sunset fans met Omid in the season 2 premiere of the show and will continue to see him as the season progresses. As GG says, “I’m sure you’ll see us going thru relationship drama. But we’re both very excited.”
How excited is Omid? He tweeted this next photo yesterday along with the words, “Celebrating the diamond in south beach. Mansion just brought two 1942 bottles. Thanks @GolnesaGG ur the hottest”
