Paul Simon arrested following domestic incident with wife Edie Brickell
Both Paul Simon and wife Edie Brickell were arrested on Saturday following a domestic incident in their Connecticut home.
A New Canaan police spokeswoman confirmed the arrests, but provided no further details. According to TMZ, Paul and Edie were charged with disorderedly conduct following their Saturday evening fight. The New Canaan Police Department is scheduled to hold a press conference today to address the charges.
Paul, a 12-time Grammy winner who was one half of Simon & Garfunkel, has been married three times. He and Edie wed in 1992 and have three children. She is best-known for “What I Am,” her 1988 hit with her band, Edie Brickell & New Bohemians.
