Last month Kelsey Grammer reportedly filed for full custody of his two children with ex-wife Camille Grammer, who is currently featured on Bravo’s The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Camille responded yesterday by also filing for full custody.
Now, TMZ has obtained legal docs that prove Kelsey was trying to seek full custody of only one of their two children, six-year-old Jude. He wanted Camille to have sole custody of their nine-year-old daughter Mason.
Kelsey’s camp responded by saying Camille’s people have leaked the documents to TMZ and the media. They derided that choice, but if Camille is leaking these docs (which almost certainly is the case) it’s definitely a smooth move to insure both children stay with her.
Last year Kelsey told Camille Grammer that he wanted a divorce while she was filming the first season of RHoBH. He has since married a 29-year-old former stewardess, Kayte Walsh, who suffered a miscarriage shortly after he announced plans to divorce. Kelsey and Kayte were married February 2011, immediately after the divorce from Camille was finalized.
