Jenny McCarthy feels transgender, hopes her son is gay so he can do her hair
Jenny McCarthy isn’t on The View anymore, but that isn’t stopping her from sharing her oft-controversial opinions.
“I love talking about things that people might not want to talk about but know they secretly do,” Jenny told PrideSource, specifically of her willingness to talk about the fluidity of sexuality. “I really do feel like, with sexuality being more open and people coming out, there might be a little bi in everybody; it’s just a matter of who acts on it.”
Jenny added she feels like she leans toward being transgender, which is why her role in Just Shoot Me felt so natural.
“I always felt like one of the guys wearing, like, a Playboy bunny outfit,” said Jenny, who played Brandi, a transgender woman in the 1990s sitcom. “To play kind of the dude was almost too scary natural.”
In terms of who she’s actually attracted to, the new Mrs. Donnie Wahlberg said she feels like “everybody falls exactly in the middle.” She added, “You just kind of go toward the one you want the most at the moment. Love is love. Period.”
As for her one son, Jenny said she doesn’t care who he falls in love with — but “would be so excited” if he came out as gay because they could go shopping and he could do her hair.
