Country music star Jason Aldean took a little ride to the CMT awards last night and he brought his former mistress and American Idol alum Brittany Kerr along with him!
This is Aldean and Kerr’s first red carpet appearance together and it comes more than a year after Aldean filed for divorce from wife, and the mother of his two children, Jessica Ussery.
Aldean had the truth revealed when a photo of the “Dirt Road Anthem” singer kissing Kerr circulated in September of 2012. Jason ended up filing for divorce in April of 2013 from his high school sweetheart citing irreconcilable differences.
Aldean apparently enjoyed his kinda party after the show as he was seen cuddling up with Kerr as the two love birds were both beaming for the cameras.
The scandal hasn’t seemed to deter Jason’s career as he won for best male vocalist at this year’s ACM Awards. Jason also has some side business success as part owner of the hunting company Buck Commander with Duck Dynasty’s Willie Robertson among others.
