Farrah Abraham has already had breast implants as well as a nose job and chin impant, but that wasn’t quite enough for this former Teen Mom star. In an all new interview, Farrah is opening up about her latest visit to the surgeon’s office for yet another breast augmentation — to look natural, of course. (Though it’s hard to see the DDifference because of her choice of attire, the photo above is post-surgery, taken as Farrah was leaving her interview with Howard Stern this morning.)
Three days after Farrah’s 22nd birthday, she dropped a whopping $7,145 at the office of Dr. David Finkle in Omaha, Nebraska, to go from a C-cup to a D-cup and replace her saline implants with silicone.
Despite having four procedures at just 22-years of age (for an estimated cost of $30,000), Farrah doesn’t feel as though she’s gone overboard by any means. “I don’t think I’ve done too much surgery at a young age. If someone wants to walk around with bags under their eyes, that’s fine,” Farrah told In Touch Weekly. “But personally, I want to look my best. And I’m looking amazing.”

As for the future, Farrah isn’t ruling out going under the knife again. In fact, she seems to be hinting that there is a good possibility of it. “What if I have a freak accident and I need something fixed, or if age gets to me, or if I have more children and want a ‘mommy makeover?'”
While Farrah is currently single, she tells the mag that she gets hit on every single day. “It’s sad, because I don’t have a boyfriend,” she told In Touch. “Obviously I look good. And when I see a hot guy and he’s dating an ugly girl, I’m like, ‘Damn, all that goodness is going to waste.’ My goodness is going to waste because I don’t have anyone to spend it on.”
Farrah has a really small frame, so D-cups seem a bit much but she insists that she is just trying to look as real as possible. “I would not get boob implants that were porn-star status. I’m really about keeping myself looking natural,” she says.
