Scarlett Johansson is married!
A source told The New York Post that the new mom wed finance Romain Dauriac “in a remote and natural location” this fall, shortly after their baby girl was born.
“They kept the wedding a big secret because they both wanted privacy,” the source said of Scarlett and Romain, who are supporters of the No Kids Policy. Both have since been seen out with what appear to be wedding bands.
Scarlett and the French journalist got engaged in Summer 2013. Scarlett — who was previously married to Ryan Reynolds — said around that time, “Marriage is not important to me… To me, being in a functioning relationship doesn’t mean you have to be married.” Nonetheless, congrats to the couple!
UPDATE People confirms the pair wed on Oct. 1 in Philipsburg, Montana. The town of 850 definitely fits the bill for “remote and natural!”
