A little more than two years after giving birth to her son Peyton, 16 and Pregnant Season 5 star Summer James-Rewis is reportedly pregnant again! The father is Summer’s husband DJ Rewis, who was involved in a big cheating scandal last year that almost broke the couple up.
Teen Mom Junkies just broke the pregnancy news, and their sources say this pregnancy was planned and the mom and pop to be have already shared the news with friends and family.

Summer also spoke with The Ashley’s Reality Roundup about the pregnancy, revealing that the pregnancy was unplanned. “We are nervous but excited,” Summer says. “We have our own home and DJ has an amazing job.”
As far as DJ’s history with infidelity and people who have been quick to criticize the couple for having another child, Summer assures everyone that things are better now. “We’re two completely different people than we were a year ago,” Summer says. “DJ and I are doing amazing, and have been for quite some time now. This [new baby] isn’t to ‘fix our marriage.’ I’m just so annoyed with how we’re being put down for things that happened two years ago.”

In case you missed it, last year Summer walked in on D. J. and another woman gettin’ busy with it at their home, and she immediately moved out and back in with her dad. Summer and DJ later reconciled, and now they appear to be going strong! Back in August the two exchanged loving messages on social media in celebration of their two-year wedding anniversary.

I thank God every day for helping us get this far and for blessing our marriage. I love you more and more each day. I couldn’t ask for a better husband or daddy to our sweet Peyton. Here’s to MANY more years! I love you, sweetheart.
Congratulations to Summer and DJ!! We are pulling for them and hope they are able to beat the odds and become one of the show’s few examples of teen parents staying together. (They were together for three years prior to Peyton’s birth, so they already have five years under their belts — although some of that was spent separated after the whole cheating thing.)
Don’t remember DJ and Summer? They were the very southern couple from Southeast Georgia. The episode was especially emotional because Summer’s mother had addiction issues that made a difficult situation exponentially worse.
