Sir Paul McCartney converted from a “Day Tripper” to a night tripper at his sold out concert at the Morumbi Stadium in Sao Paulo, Brazil Sunday night as his long and winding road exiting the stage resulted in a nasty looking faceplant into some speakers.
McCartney was basking in the applause of 67,000 fans at the conclusion of his show, taking a few bows and then running off stage left, at which point he got tangled up in some cables and was forced to realize he not only without the Beatles but he also no longer had Wings. (Buh-dum shing!)

Thankfully Paul rebounded quickly and appeared to be just fine immediately afterward, which means it’s not in bad taste to post a looping animated gif of the fall!
