MUG SHOT Nathan Griffith arrested for drunken disorderly conduct, obscene language

Nathan Griffith arrested 2016 mug shot

Teen Mom 2 star Nathan Griffith continues to have his troubles with the law even after his split from Jenelle Evans as he was arrested Saturday in Myrtle Beach and slapped with a series of charges that include drunken disorderly conduct and profane language.

We don’t have a lot of details on exactly what happened that led to Nathan’s arrest this time, but In Touch spoke with a representative for the Myrtle Beach Police Department who told them: “[It] looks like he had disorderly conduct and resisted arrest.”

Nathan will reportedly appear in court tomorrow (Monday, June 13).

So far all is silent on social media from Nathan, his girlfriend Jessica Henry, and Jenelle. We will update this post if that changes.

UPDATE – Here’s Jenelle’s response to the news:

Meanwhile, Nathan continues to very slowly gain ground on Jenelle in the race for the most mug shot photos, but he still has a looong way to go.

You will update us WHEN it changes, not if. Janelle will not miss out on an opportunity to be petty.

    • Courtney

Lol Jenelle is just still passed out and locked in her room! She will respond when she wakes up! 😉

    • Alisson Leech

      You were right!!

  • L

To be honest. He is not going to have full Custody of Kaiser.

    • Guest

That doesn’t make it okay. He’s supposed to be a role model for his child.

      • Kmarie

Exactly and hes suppose to be showing that he deserves to have more time with his child and appreciates what he did get. He was moving forward, he left Jenelle, met this new girl or vice versa either way he ran like hell, i dont think he has been getting in trouble and he won more time with his son. He should be taking that as a blessing or a little good luck and keep trying to stay on the same path and see what else that is good will come to his life, like maybe a job…but noooo he had to go and screw it all up.

        • L

    • skigurlk

I don’t think he ever truly wanted custody of Kaiser.

  • Oh

Poor kaiser, never had a freaking chance with these 2 losers as parents.

    • Patricia

You took the words right out my mouth….

  • Kmarie

Wow. Way to go Nathan ….we thought you loved and wanted your son ?? Just when people were starting to lean a little more to your side you push us right back over !! UGH. and who is Jenelle to say “atleast im staying out of trouble” ha for now bit*h, it wont be long……and actually it hasnt been that long since you assulted smone so shut the hell up.

    • jen

Haha, your post read like it was a conversation with responses to people. Totally accurate though.

    • Patricia

I know, right? I was really in his corner after watching a few weeks of Teen Mom and then this shit happens. He really had me fooled….

  • ameliaBedelia76

this b*tch needs to shut up. she has 14 mug shots

    • Jennifer

      • ameliaBedelia76

        lol..sorry :)

      • Kmarie

Wow…16 i didnt know it was that many. What a shame she should be soooo embarrassed. Im sure it never crosses her mind how proud her kids will be of her when they get a little older.

  • Farrah’s wide eyes big lies

Oh right, JE is staying out of trouble, sure. Officially, maybe. Looking for a doc to prescribe her something so she can explain things when she has to take that drug test and let’s not even start about her situation at home with Uncle bad touch.
    I pity those boys.

What was Nathan doing in Myrtle? Does his mom Doris aka Pastor Porn live there? (Showed Kaiser porn and posted picture on SM saying he liked it).
I thought Nathan and his GF had split up?

    • Guest

That’s disgusting! She shouldn’t be allowed around kids!

one of the charges was profane language?? what is this footloose?

    • ren24

    • Bruja

      Oh!! This comment wins!!!

(Ren- played by Kevin Bacon: Willard- played by Christopher Penn [may he rest in peace])

Ren: You like Men at Work?

      Willard: Which man?

      Ren: Men at Work.

Willard: Well where do they work?

Ren: No, they don’t, they’re a music group.

Willard: Well what do they call themselves?

Ren: Oh no! What about the Police?

      Willard: What about ’em?

      Ren: You ever heard them?

Willard: No, but I seen them.

      Ren: Where, in concert?

      Willard: No, behind you.

    • PCpolice

Yes. It’s truly insane that you can actually be charged for using profane language, especially male to female. The following doesn’t necessarily pertain to Nathan, but gender inequality as a whole within the U.S. justice system. I apologize up front for the following rant, but your response brings this to mind. I know men who’ve been arrested for using profane language with their girlfriend/wife. One of the lamest involved usage of the B word. He’d labeled his newly discovered cheating fiance a b i t c h via text msg during a non-violent, verbal spat. She manipulated the courts, filed charges where he was then arrested at work, cuffed before coworkers like a criminal, taken to jail on a Friday when judges wouldn’t be returning to hear cases till Tuesday (holiday weekend). This innocent until proven guilty, I mean, guilty until proven innocent, man who’d never raised a hand to anyone in his lifetime, let alone a woman, had to sit in jail throughout the holiday weekend, a total of 4 days, missing two days of work. His charges were “domestic assault” and “electronic harassment” as the result of calling her a B. No lie. It’s sick. Gender bias is not only allowed, but encouraged by a justice system built on greed, especially within the past couple of decades. Entire industries, the big business of domestic abuse/petty assault/disorderly conduct/rape was born, quickly flourishing. The demand for an excessive amount of “counselors” filled college and university classrooms. This meant more professors, classrooms, books and so on. This meant more halfway houses, brick and mortar anger mgmt businesses that feed off many falsely accused men (estimated up to 43% of men falling within these categories are falsely accused) who must pay per class in addition to other fees, more govt facilities including courtrooms judges, other staff, and bigger, better justice centers. It’s resulted in the huge expansion of police depts, including more cops, more jail/prison staff, more jails, some privately contracted by the courts, more equipment incl squad cars, uniforms, headquarters, costly cyberware, cyberforce & training and all the training that goes into spying on once free Americans (can’t drive down the street without the sky spy). It’s meant more public defenders, prosecutors, bailiffs..It goes on and on. No conspiracies here, just hard facts. The revenue these many things provide is astronomical, which in the end, is what it amounts to.
All at men’s expense. Unfortunately, men aren’t vocal like women, I mean, I’m glad they’re not crybabies, but because it’s not in their dna to play victim even when they are, they’re being railroaded daily by the hundreds.
Women on the other hand, gather, rally, feed off each others disdain of men as they lobby capital hill wearing the victim status even when they’re not. Though they insist they’re physical equals, they use the courts to appear as the opposite. The “physically inferior woman” unable to defend herself against the “physically superior man”. They insist they can hit, even physically attack a man because they haven’t the ability to really harm a man. Their defense is that the man can overpower, thus he hasn’t a legal right to defend. I’m speaking in general terms of course. Because men aren’t as a whole protesting their false imprisonments based on unfair, bigoted practices, it will sadly continue.. Women’s groups incl “Feminazis Live Journal”, N.O.W.-National Org, two of many, loath men. They wield an enormous amount of power as “victims”. They court (pardon the pun) politicians, especially leftists, especially Congressional members. These feminazi groups make election possible with their very gratuitous campaign donations, with the obligation of scratching their backs in return. The scales of “justice” lean vertical, with women having solid footing, men do not. This began in the late 60s, early 70s, having progressively and obsessively continued. P.S. I’m a woman.

  • SciLife

You’re supposed to stay out of trouble, Jenelle! No one is going to give you a medal for not getting arrested. She probably also thinks because she remembers to feed and clothe Kaiser every day she’s the best mom in the world. She needs to not be on social media.

    • Patricia

She is the Mom of the Year, LOL

    • skigurlk

Exactly! I hate when people think they need recognition for the way they are supposed to act.

  • Alisson Leech

Arrested for profanity? What happened to freedom of speech??

    • T.W.

I assume it’s part of disorderly conduct, like cursing people out/screaming at them in public

      • Kmarie

Some States/Cities have that law, some also have laws against name calling and verbal attacks directed to racial and gender issues.

        • T.W.

Right, it’s not just like, cursing with your friend– it’s something more extreme than that.

          • Kmarie

Yep. Verbal assult and of course it has to show some type of harm is being done or that its escalating into something aggressive or maybe its causing a big public schene and other people are being offended things like that.

            • Kmarie

*scene two thumbs dont type well at the same time on this little screen on my phone !! 😬

  • melinehclassy

Babs should take kaiser too. Done and done.

    • Guest

I know, right? I don’t think she can handle any more kids though.

    • LaLa84

No she really shouldn’t, she’s also a TERRIBLE role model. A lot of Jace’s behavioral issues stem from Bab’s behavior, not just Jenelle’s poor decision making skills. That crazy old woman should try raising plants, NOT children.

      • melinehclassy

Im justt curious to see 20 years from now which brother will be the most beneficial to society and not locked up.

        • LaLa84

I’m guessing neither, but I really hope they both choose better paths in life than the examples that they have been shown.

      • Patricia

Kids do mirror their parents behavior or an adult that they are with 24/7.

        • LaLa84

          I completely agree with that.

      • Rayne

I dont feel like Jace has alot of behavioral problems, seems to be a regular kid. I also dont think Barb has done that bad with him. I cant speak about how he is in school but i bet she gets him there on time and she obviously has him in activities such as cub scouts/boy scouts. Two things Jenelle would totally fail at. I think the crazy shit we see from Barb is because of Jenelle driving her insane . I would bet $1,000 if Jenelle wasnt in the picture their life would be alot better , more quiet, less stress and confusion. We have to remember she is 60+ yrs old (i think) raising 2 small boys on her own that she didnt give birth to. I feel sorry for her that she has to look at and deal with Jenelle.

        • LaLa84

I don’t believe her other children are saints either from things I have read, I believe one doesn’t have much to do with her at all.
There have been several episodes where Babs complains about Jace acting out at school, hurting other kids, hitting and throwing things, also cussing. There was a episode this season where Babs gets on to him because he starts destroying things in his room (I think? It was somewhere in Bab’s home) for not getting his way.
I have a son that’s close to Jace’s age and my son definitely doesn’t act that way. I wouldn’t allow it, but he also doesn’t act like that because I don’t model that type of behavior for him to learn and repeat. The way we’ve seen him act isn’t normal behavior for a child, he’s acting out because he doesn’t have a stable home life, not with Jenelle or Babs.
And just to further my point, I believe it was 2 episodes ago, while Jenelle had Jace in the car, she was on the phone with Babs on speaker phone and Jenelle is emotional and angry, demanding to know why she can’t have Jace back, Babs starts screaming and berating Jenelle, Jenelle says “Jace can hear you” and Babs replied “I don’t care”.

          • Rayne

I was just bored and rereading stuff. I guess I missed an episode or 2 since I’m not a loyal watcher I don’t believe in contributing to their ratings much but I’m not saying it’s a normal kid thing like it’s a good thing because it’s definitely not I was just meant that it happens. When I posted the first time I was thinking then he could have some type of imbalance considering who he came from and now Barb has recently said he has been diagnosed with ADHD so that might partly explain his behavior. My nephew at around 3 started throwing fits crying and getting so mad until he threw up but he never cursed or hit other kids..around 5 he was diagnosed with diabetes in no time he she’d a little of the chubbIness and had no more tantrums he totally calmed down and it was all due to the insulin.

  • Guest

Jenelle sure knows how to pick ’em. Jace and Kaiser are doomed.

    • Patricia

      She sure does NOT

  • Demona

lmao Jenelle like it’s a thing of pride it’s not her this time.

  • Rayne

Seriously, Nathan needs to stay at home when he drinks. He is a little immature and mouthy when hes drunk which can quickly lead to confrontations so why not be responsible and either dont get sh*t faced drunk or just stay home listen to music cook out and chill.

  • T.W.

Oh come now, he has way more mugshots than just these. He also doesn’t have a job, doesn’t get disability payments anymore, and moved back in with his mom.

  • PCpolice

Disappointing! Why would you not only give Jenelle any ammunition to criticize Kaiser’s father while propping her, the p.o.s. she is. Why would you place yourself in a position to lose a custody battle, and WHY weren’t you 100% focused on rescuing your son from a verbally, emotionally, possibly physically abuse and neglectful home?!?!?! Done defending you.

    • Patricia

Yes, I was in a huge custody battle w/my ex, I got 100% custody but anyways, my attorney told me he didn’t even want me to get a speeding ticket when all this going on. I have never been in trouble with the law can not say that for my ex and yes they will take into consideration from your past offenses especially when it comes to women and children. I really feel sorry for that baby. He never had a chance at all….

      • Patricia

        I am also done defending a fool…..

  • Pattipandi

Was it really necessary to tweet your two cents Jenelle? She’s forever going to be an a s shole. At least he doesn’t have as many mugshots as her stupid moon face.

  • violet Beuregarde

It’s sad when you think of the fact that now both of Kaiser’s parents have proven when push comes to shove we won’t step up for him. Even sadder when you think of the fact that Jenelle likely doesn’t care less that Kaiser has a deadbeat father who can’t stay sober and will never be a parent like he deserves, nope! Instead she was probably thrilled when she heard this news so she could boast on social media how much better than Nathan she is. Exactly like she just did.

  • skigurlk

I once had a co-worker that was roided out and after he’d start drinking he would pick fights. I imagine that is what happened.

  • sysmjp

    He’s an alchie.

  • JL

How does Children/Family Services NOT get called in? There is more than enough footage of neglect and a horrible environment
