Charlie Sheen gives 10-year-old cancer patient $75,000 to pay for treatment

A few weeks ago Charlie Sheen gave Lindsay Lohan $100,000 to help settle her tax bill, but says he still hasn’t received any thanks.

That lack of gratitude hasn’t dampened Charlie’s generous spirit though, he’s given $75,000 to a little girl suffering from cancer. He heard about Jasmine from a police officer he met on Hermosa Beach who told the actor about his co-worker Officer Everitt Faulk’s 10-year-old daughter Jasmine suffering from a kind of cancer called alveolar rhabdomyosarcoma. Charlie’s stunt double Eddie Braun was inspired too, and chipped in $25,000.

It’s great to see Charlie Sheen healthy and positive, and using his success to help someone who truly needs it.

This summer Charlie pledged $1 million to the USO, and gave $50,000 to the Cincinnati Reds. Even though he left a high-paying position as the star of Two And a Half Men, he’s still sitting pretty financially. He got out that contract with a $125 million payout, and is expected to pull in about $100 million in total from his new Fx Anger Management show after his 90-show order is completed and syndication deals are in place.

After hearing about Jasmine’s story, Stevie Wonder has given $100,000 to Jasmine to help her pay for medical bills.
