Kim Zolciak and NeNe Leakes have been ratings boosting reality star frenemies for about a decade on Bravo’s Real Housewives of Atlanta, but it looks like their days of bickering may have finally hit a breaking point. Kim, who has had her own show on the network surrounding her life and her family called Don’t Be Tardy, returned this year as a “friend” of the show and is now vowing to never be a “Real Housewife” again.
Kim penned a long apology/explanation on Instagram aimed at NeNe specifically. She starts by saying she’s sorry, but immediately states she could have sued NeNe over things like “tweeting out fake texts, implying I am racist, attacking me physically, claiming my daughter tweeted negative about you and your home, we both know these are lies.”
Kim reveals that what’s she sorry for is reacting publicly to all this and vows to never engage with NeNe on social media again. She implores NeNe to do the same for the sake of both of their families. She ends her statement by saying that if NeNe continues to engage, she’s just trying to stay relevant for the show.
This weekend Kim confirmed to TMZ that she would “never, never” be back on the show. Andy Cohen believes Kim is serious about her departure because she was very upset at the reunion taping and will probably never be back.
