Samsung executive David Eun tweeted a dramatic photo from the scene of the horrific Boeing 777 plane crash that occurred yesterday in San Francisco. The plane crashed during landing after the tail ripped off. Two people were found dead on the runway including a woman and a 16-year-old girl.

“I just crash landed at SFO. Tail ripped off. Most everyone seems fine. I’m ok. Surreal,” Eun tweeted along with the above photo uploaded to Path.com. He later tweeted “Fire and rescue people all over the place. They’re evacuating the injured. Haven’t felt this way since 9/11.”

181 people were injured in the crash, five people, including a child, are in critical condition at San Francisco General Hospital.

Although it’s still unclear what happened, there is speculation that the plane was too low upon landing, and that the tail possibly hit the seawall that divides the airport from the San Francisco Bay. Eye witnesses saw the plane coming in very low, but at this point no one know why. There was no fog, and it was a clear day at the time of the crash, at about 11:30 PST.

When asked if the pilot was at fault in the crash, Deborah Hersman, chairwoman of the National Transportation Safety Board, said “everything’s on table at this point. We have to gather all the facts before we reach any conclusion.”
