TLC’s Welcome To Myrtle Manor wraps up its inaugural season tonight with the trailer park wedding between resident hotties Jared and Chelsey, but fans won’t be left wondering how their marriage worked out, or about the fate of the rest of the eclectic cast, because the show will be returning for a 10-episode second season!
The announcement came via Entertainment Weekly’s “Inside TV” on Friday. “TLC has picked up 10 more episodes from producers The Weinstein Company and Jupiter Entertainment,” the site reports.

“I’m so excited, I can’t stand it,” park owner Cecil Patrick tells MyrtleBeachOnline.com. “It is going to be as good as, or better than the first season.”

What has not been announced is which cast members will be invited back and which won’t — or if perhaps some major characters might be “demoted” to smaller roles. The casting decisions became more complicated for producers after three of the show’s stars (Amanda Adams, Taylor Burt, and Lindsay Colbert) have all been arrested over the last few weeks — Amanda for DUI, Taylor for allegedly having sex with a 15-year-old girl, and Lindsay for DUI. Lindsay has pretty much left the show already, but both Taylor and Amanda are major characters and fan favorites. I would guess that they would keep Amanda, but if there is any truth to the Taylor accusations, it would be hard to justify keeping him on. That is, unless he was willing to share the entire ordeal on camera.
