Source: Bobbi Kristina “barely clinging to life;” police called to keep paparazzi at bay
A new report from a source close to Bobbi Kristina’s family indicates that Bobbi Kristina is “barely clinging to life,” and that the end is near for the 22-year-old.
The source told Page Six that Bobbi Kristina “barely has any signs of life, hardly any vitals,” before explaining further:
Security has been beefed up and even local law enforcement have been called because the families have been told that death is now imminent and they want to make sure that photographers don’t get pictures of her body being removed.
There have been conflicting reports about the reasons for the extra security at Peachtree Christian Hospice, where Bobbi Kristina has been for the past week. Earlier in the day, mysterious private security and police forces appeared at Peachtree Christian without warning, and outlets made no mention of possible reasons for the call.
Then it emerged that the extra security had been called to help deal with unscrupulous visitors who posed as family members of other patients in the hospice facility in order to sneak a peek at Bobbi Kristina.
Now, though, it appears that even more security has been called in, to help deal with the media presence camped outside.
The Page Six source also confirmed that Bobbi Kristina has been removed from all forms of life support, and is being allowed to pass naturally. The change in father Bobby Brown’s point of view came after he flew Bobbi Kristina to Chicago last week, for a secret visit with neuroscience specialists at Northwestern University.
“They too confirmed what Atlanta doctors had been saying that there was no hope,” the source explained. “It seems that he had to get a certain amount of confirmation before really letting go. That trip is what convinced him to allow them to take her off her meds and to ‘go naturally’….That’s when she was taken off all meds and any artificial means of support.”
Bobbi Kristina has been comatose since she was discovered face down and unconscious in the bathtub of her Roswell GA home on January 31st. She was moved to Peachtree Christian Hospice last Wednesday.
