Ronnie Magro accused of simple assualt in Seaside brawl
The cast of Jersey Shore was involved in a bar fight at the Bamboo Bar earlier this month in Seaside Heights. The cast is in town filming Jersey Shore‘s sixth season and already, they have caused plenty of drama! Reports claim that Ronnie, Jenni “Jwoww” Farley, Roger Matthews, and a few other cast members where having drinks with some fellow bar patrons when things suddenly took a turn for the worse. A full out brawl ensued and now Ronnie, as well as MTV and Viacom, are dealing with the repercussions.
Last week, the alleged victim filed a complaint against Ronnie and company claiming simple assault. Shortly after the fight, the victim and his friend has acquired a lawyer and threatened to sue. They claim that they were hanging out with the cast when Ronnie and Roger attacked them leaving one with a laceration above his left eye. JWoww was also injured during the brawl and was seen hobbling around Seaside Heights on crutches following the event.
Ronnie’s record isn’t exactly squeaky clean. He had previously gotten into a couple of fights in Seaside, which fans witnessed on the show. He appeared in court to face the charges and entered into a pre-trial intention program which meant he wouldn’t be charged. However, his victim isn’t a perfect citizen either. He was convicted of assault a couple years ago and is currently on probation which means if it is proven to be his fault, he could end up behind bars.
There is no word from MTV on whether or not the fight was caught by their crew but the owner of Bamboo Bar says, “There’s video footage. It’s going to be crystal clear who the aggressors were.”
This isn’t the only trouble the Jersey Shore cast has gotten into since their arrival last month. Deena Cortese was arrested just a week later and is schedule to appear in court next month. CLICK here to see Deena’s epic mug shot.
