Charlie Sheen wants court to reduce child support for Denise Richards
Charlie Sheen has refocused his random rage from one ex-wife and mother of his children (Brooke Mueller) to another as he’s now targeting Denise Richards, hoping to have her child support payments reduced after a perceived Christmas snub.
TMZ, Charlie Sheen’s megaphone to the world, is reporting that the Anger Management star will be going to court to get a judge to slash the monthly amount she currently receives.
Charlie tells his friends that he’s never signed any official documents in regards to the $55,000/month that he pays to Denise for the two daughters, Sam and Lola, they share and that the current arrangement was agreed to privately. In addition, Sheen claims to have paid $9 million for a home so Richards and their two kids could be close to him.
So why the warlock wrath? Charlie is said to be enraged by Denise denying him the ability to see his kids on Christmas morning. He also claims that Denise has confiscated the girls’ phones so they can’t contact him. In true “#winning” fashion, Sheen tweeted a strange and foreboding message to Richards along with the above-middle image of a gift the two received when they were married:
more like a feeble “K”. the lie is over. i’m done being treated like a relative with a one-way ticket. c #DuhNeese http://t.co/kPJFEMKgoX

So… Sheen’s believed to be headed to court to not only have that $55,000 number dropped considerably but to establish an iron-clad right to see their kids on holidays.
