Just days after news of her engagement with Aaron Phypers was announced, Denis Richards got married on Saturday in Malibu! Although the pair have been officially engaged since January, it looks like the wedding planning was a bit last minute because the designer of Denise’s dress says he only had 24 hours notice to make her gown for her big day.
Aaron and Denise have been dating since 2017, but his divorce from Nicollette Sheridan was only finalized just two weeks ago. The couple were married for only six months, but have spent two years in divorce court.
Denise will be joining the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills for the upcoming ninth season, and the wedding was filmed for the show.
“I am so happy to officially be married to the love of my life. I can’t wait for everyone to go on this incredible journey with me this season on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,” she said in a statement to Bravo’s blog The Daily Dish. “It has been a wild ride so far!”
She also shared a short video clip of herself and Aaron from their wedding. She was wearing the short wedding dress designed by Mark Zunino and Aaron was decked out in a low-necked white cotton or linen button-up shirt.
Aaron already has a bit of a connection to Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. His ex-wife Nicollette Sheridan’s first husband Harry Hamlin is currently on the show with his wife Lisa Rinna.
