PHOTOS Snooki gets a haircut

In October former Jersey Shore star JWoww shocked fans by shaving the side of her head, and now her diminutive bestie Snooki is following suit with her own shocking turn in the barber’s chair!

Snooki teased the big change with an instagram photo this morning featuring her long, red locks pulled up in a chaotic bun along with the caption, “Say goodbye to this hair cause mommys getting a makeover.” That photo was followed by a string of instagram pictures documenting her visit with stylists “Louie Lou” Miller and Bradley Moreland at Vidov Salon in New York City.

Snooki is way better at telling her own story than I could be, so I’ll just step out of the way and let her (and her stylists) walk you through the process chronologically:

PHOTOS The Jersey Shore cast invades Venice, Italy?

Reminiscent of Michael Corlione’s return to Sicily in The Godfather, the entire cast of MTV’s controversial show Jersey Shore returned to their Guido homeland of Italy Saturday.

Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino, Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi, Paul “DJ Pauly D” Delvecchio, Jenni “J-Woww” Farley, Ronnie Magrow, Sammi “Sweetheart” Giancola, Vinny Guadaguino and even Angelina Pivarnik posed for photographers and even took some photos of their own as they strolled the streets of Venice January 16. In honor of the return of their Prodigal sons and daughters the Italians have replaced Michelangelo’s David with the superior abs of The Situation!

Snooki may be expecting a baby and therefore has to abandon the booze, but that’s not stopping her from partying on Spring Break with her BFF and Jersey Shore spin-off co-star Jenni Jwoww Farley (their new show is reportedly titled “Snooki & JWoww Versus the World” SPOILER ALERT: The world loses.)

She’s been relaxing in Cancun with Jwoww, and while Jwoww has been enjoying her cocktails, they found something they can both do together: play with dolphins!

Snooki crashes car into police vehicle, currently in custody in Florence, Italy

The cast of Jersey Shore have spent a relatively quiet couple of weeks in Florence, Italy with the only headlines being Ronnie’s scuffle with The Situation and Deena’s novelty nude David apron. Snooki must have realized their reputations as fun-loving rabble rousers were at stake so she apparently took matters into her own hands and drove her car into a parked police car!

JWoww on her wedding, kids, and Roger’s skydiving proposal

It’s been an amazing few years for Jersey Shore star Jenni “JWoww” Farley having been launched into superstardom on the smash hit MTV reality series before landing her own spin-off series alongside co-star Snooki, all the while getting quite serious with her significant Guido other, Roger Mathews, who proposed to JWoww in September as part of a skydiving expedition! In a recent interview JWoww opened up about Roger’s over-the-top proposal, her wedding plans, the possibility of becoming a bridezilla, having children, and her jaw-dropping 7.5 carat diamond engagement ring!
