PHOTOS Lucas Lee movie posters from ‘Scott Pilgrim Vs. The World’
As the world prepares for the August 13 release of Scott Pilgrim Vs. The World starring Michael Cera as Michael Cera with yet another super fine love interest, the studio continues to dole out hilarious tidbits to keep our appetites whetted!
The latest nugget of hilarity is a series of fake movie posters based on one of Ramona Flowers’ (Mary Elizabeth Winstead) seven exes, actor Lucas Lee (Chris Evans).
In case you’re not familiar with the plot of the film, which is based on the Scott Pilgrim series of comic books by Bryan Lee O’Malley, Scott Pilgrim (Michael Cera) falls for ultra-babe Ramona Flowers but in order to win her heart he must defeat her seven exes.
As I mentioned, Lucas Lee is one of these exes and apparently a big time Hollywood actor with a resume similar to that of Ben Affleck, with an unpleasant mixture of bad action and bad romance movies.
Anyways, the producers must have had a real blast coming up with these fake douchey films, complete with immaculately clever and meaningless taglines:
