PHOTOS Helena Bonham-Carter nails nerd-sexy at ‘The King’s Speech’ premiere
Proving that the girls of Glee aren’t the only uber-sexy adult schoolgirls on the planet, actress Helena Bonham-Carter channeled her inner Catholic School Tina Fey for the London premiere of the film The King’s Speech Thursday!
Normally one to follow in her eccentric partner Tim Burton’s fashion footsteps, Helena reeled in the surreal and went with a librarian’s plaid dress suit with black-rimmed glasses and big, mussy hair. Did I mention the plunging neckline and lots of exposed lacy unmentionables?!? Helena is putting the “bra” back in liBRArian! (Shield your eyes – cleavage explosion!)
BLERG! I definitely want to go to there! Ol’ Tim Burton is a lucky man – cuddling up with that would make me feel like Phallus in Wonderland for sure!
(Is it just me or does Helena look a bit like Penelope Cruz in some of these pictures?)
I will quit fawning now. Here are some more photos of Helena from the event, including an appetizing Bonham-Carter sandwich with buns made of Colin Firth and Geoffrey Rush…

UPDATE – WHOOPS! It seems that the photos above were actually from a photocall for The King’s Speech – the Premiere at Leicester Square was held later that evening and featured Helen Bonham-Carter (with Firth and Rush) in a slightly more glamorous, less nerdy plaid top and black skirt:
