My mercurial Real Housewives of Orange County fandom finds me with a new favorite cast member each week, but there are a few of my favorite things that remain constant – Gretchen Rossi in a bikini, Tamra Barney in a bubble bath, Vicki Gunvalson in a catfight, and Alexis Bellino in a pair of high heels and tight pants! (I’m reluctant to say her husband Jim Bellino probably agrees.)

Alexis and her not-so-chubby hubby Jim were spotted out Christmas shopping in Beverly Hills on Monday with Alexis sporting a pair of skin-tight, fire engine red pants, black shirt, and matching black stiletto heels that looked fantastic coming and going!

Is it just me or does it seem like 80% of all court cases involve reality stars? And I think half of those involve either Gretchen Rossi or Slade Smiley.

The latest legal issues for the handsome Real Housewives of Orange County couple involve Gretchen Rossi’s cosmetics line Gretchen Christine Beaute and her former partner, makeup artist RonAnn Meyers. On April 13, 2011 Meyers filed a 37-page lawsuit against Gretchen and Slade asking for more than $100,000 in damages for “breach of oral contract,” “Fraudulent conspiracy” and “fraud/deceit” among other things.
