PHOTOS The mystery of a wrecked truck stuck 10 feet high in a tree
Man, I don’t even think the crew form Jackass could manufacture that result if they tried!
The Tualatin Valley Fire & Rescue crew out of Washington County, Oregon have been working on trying to figure out the mystery on how the wrecked truck seen above managed to get stuck in a tree 10 feet above the ground. A firefighter crew did their investigations and released an official statement:
Firefighters used thermal imagers to scan the vehicle and the surrounding area around the tree to confirm that the truck was empty and the driver and/or passenger(s) had not been ejected during the crash. The thermal imagers did not pick up any heat ‘signatures,’ suggesting that it had been some time since the crash.
On Sunday, Washington County Sheriff’s crews were processing the scene when the driver of the truck-tree-ornament returned. Emily Van Vleck was cited for hit-and-run and criminal mischief but there’s still no word on how the truck ended up where it did.
I think Emily’s got some ‘splainin’ to do! #TRUCKYEAH
