As The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills begins its second season on Bravo the cast have been spotted out an about at numerous talk shows and events to help promote the show. But Kyle Richards made a public appearance on Saturday to help promote something other than her reality show – child safety.
Kyle and her two youngest daughters, Portia (left) and Sophia, were decked out in high fashion for The Red CARpet Safety Event, which was put together by former Miss USA Ali Landry and held at The Riviera Country Club in Pacific Palisades, California. Ali talked about the event and what she hoped to accomplish by having it with Celebrity Baby Scoop on September 7:
On Saturday, September 10th I’ll be hosting the Red CARpet Event in Los Angeles. Presented by my new online venture SpokesMoms.com, and sponsored by Britax and Buick, the event will be the first of its kind and will utilize celebrity parents to help spread the word about the critical importance of child passenger safety. I’ll be joined by a group of honorary “Car Seat Ambassadors” – celebrity moms (or moms-to-be) who have all shown their dedication to bettering the lives of children everywhere. So far our Ambassadors include Tori Spelling, Alison Sweeney, Garcelle Beauvais, Samantha Harris, Constance Marie, Kyle Richards, Alicia Coppola, Sarah Lancaster, and Sarah Drew.

Kyle was in attendance with her two youngest daughters, Portia Umansky and Sophia Umansky, who were lookin’ superfly both on the red orange carpet and on the street! Sophia wore a loose teal outfit and a pair of black Converse Chuck Taylor high tops while younger sister Portia was rockin’ a leopard print coat with brown hood, black pants, black shoes and curls for days!
Mom Kyle Richards was decked out in a vibrant green and blue patterned dress with a large black belt with over-sized gold textured buckle. In other words, The trio made for a mighty good lookin’ family! (And posing with a former Miss USA doesn’t hurt either!)
