Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi has come a long way since we first watched as she burst into the Jersey Shore house announcing, “Party’s here.” She’s lost tons of weight, cleaned up her act, gotten engaged, had a baby, and now, she’s lost even more weight. In the latest issue of Us Weekly, Snooki is showing off post-baby body in a bikini.
“Everyone pick up Us Weekly on stands now!! Hard work pays off,” Snooki posted on Instagram earlier today along with the photo you see below. “Big thanks to my trainer @anthonycpt27, Express Meals & Florham Park Fitness!!”
How did she do it?
The weight loss definitely didn’t come easy and if you follow Nicole on Twitter (@snooki), you can see that she trains regularly and she trains hard. In fact, Snooki seems to be working out nearly every day. For example, on March 1, Snooki tweeted that she was working out her legs and on March 2, she said she was participating in a Buns & Guns class. The next day, she was at it again with an early morning workout. She told US that she works out about four days a week, and ate a 1300 calorie diet to get back to a trim, but not too slim weight. Snooki has dealt with eating disorders in the past, but she’s currently at a healthy 102 pounds for her 4’9″ height.
She also said she initially lost 20 pounds by breastfeeding.
Hard work pays off and Snooki is the perfect example that some good old fashioned diet and exercise can go a long way. She looks incredible and may even be in better shape than she was before she got pregnant. Could she be getting into shape for her upcoming wedding?
After getting back to her pre-baby size, Snooki is also getting back to another one of her usual activities — tanning. Just days ago she tweeted, “Going tanning for the first time since being pregnant with Lorenzo!”
We might be seeing Snooki pregnant again before too long, though. She told US Weekly in December that she already wants another baby, but she needs to get a house first.
