It was recently reported that the cast of CMT’s Party Down South are holding out for more money before returning for a second season, and it seems one cast member is in some particularly dire financial straits. 28-year-old Lyle Boudreaux was arrested late Saturday night in Maurice, Louisiana after he allegedly broke into a parked car and stole a credit card from a purse, which he then reportedly used to open a tab at a nearby bar.

Maurice Police Chief Warren Rost says Lyle allegedly broke into the vehicle and took a wallet from a purse that was inside the car. He then took a credit card from the wallet before tossing the wallet onto the roof of a neighboring bar, according to KATC. (TMZ says Lyle just threw the wallet on the ground next to the vehicle.)

KATC and TMZ’s report also vary on what happened next. According to KATC, Boudreaux went into a different bar than the one he tossed the wallet on the roof of and attempted to open a bar tab there. “Bartenders questioned Boudreaux about [the] name on the card before calling police,” according tot he site. TMZ says police “found Lyle drinking at a nearby saloon” before adding, “Cops say he used the credit card to open up a bar tab.”

Both sites agree that Boudreaux was arrested and booked into Vermilion Parish Jail and has since been released on $10,000 bond.

(Apparently that “special guest” was a little devil on Lyle’s shoulder telling him, “You should just go in that car and look in that purse…”)
