Lauren Conrad has kept a low profile since quitting The Hills after season 5 — especially when it comes to her dating life! Conrad has been dating William Tell (not of the overtur) for nearly 6 months now, and they have only been photographed together a couple of times. That’s some impressive paparazzi dodging! She recently got snapped smooching with William (pics here.)
Conrad, 26, and Tell, 32, didn’t even go public for the first time until early May. The couple first hit it off after a mutual friend set them up on a Valentine’s Day date earlier this year. “They really connected,” a pal revealed.
Tell, a musician, was formerly the guitarist for Something Corporate. He hails from Lauren Conrad’s home turf of Orange County and is currently enrolled in law school at the University of Southern California. Some of Tell’s past loves include actress Brittany Snow and The Bachelor runner-up Sadie Murray. “He’s either deeply in love or he’s on to the next thing,” Murray told Us Weekly. “He’s the kind of guy you marry.” Although Lauren has bit unlucky in love in the past, she is super positive about Tell and hopes he’s The One!
Currently, Lauren is busy with her website, The Beauty Department, which she runs along with hairstylist Kristin Ess and make-up artist Amy Nadine. They will also be launching a beauty and cosmetic line to go along with their site in the near future. Lauren has two books in the works, both to be released later this year. Lauren Conrad Beauty will hit bookshelves on October 16, 2012 and the second book in her The Fame Game series, Starstruck, will be available on November 6, 2012.
