Kylie Jenner has been the proud owner of a $2.7 million Calabasas mansion for several months now. She purchased the house early this year with some of her Keeping Up With The Kardashians earnings, plus extra money she made as a PacSun sales rep. The 4,900 square foot building has a “sick home theater,” among other features, and is located just a block away from siblings Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian, in the same gated community.
All week, Kylie has been sharing pictures of the house via her Instagram account, because she’s moving in. That’s right: although Kylie Jenner’s 18th birthday–and the official independence it represents–doesn’t come until August 10th, she’s getting a head start by moving out of the Jenner compound and seeing how she fares on her own.
Of course, she’ll expect a great deal of company at the Calabasas estate. Kylie’s 25-year-old boyfriend Tyga will be over all the time–and he’ll be bringing his two-year-old son King Cairo. Kylie, thinking ahead on this matter, decided to turn an entire room of her house into a play room for little KC. And, if the latest reports are to be believed, she’s also had a tiny throne built for the little guy, and made it the centerpiece of the room.
“Not only is Tyga setting up shop at Kylie’s house, so too is King,” the source says, before continuing:
Tyga’s designated a room close to the master bedroom and it’s King’s playpen. There’s even a sign in the room that reads ‘King’s Court.’ So far, King has a bunch of his action figures and a mini basketball court in the room. But the most shocking thing that’s in the room is King’s throne with a vanity in front of it. Tyga bought that specifically, so when kings getting his hair done, he can sit on his throne and look at himself.
There is a sort of logic behind the decision, once you remember that Kylie Jenner’s house is very large indeed. “Kylie‘s got more space than she could ever need,” says the source, “and wants Tyga to live there. She wants a man in the house and wants to feel safe and secure.”
