Kenya Moore’s rumored boyfriend Eugene Casciaro’s arrest record, mug shot photos

Kenya Moore boyfriend Eugene Casciaro

The Real Housewives of Atlanta‘s Kenya Moore might as well throw away all of her sunglasses–because she is going to be living in the shade during Season 8! The 44-year-old drama magnet has been publicly flaunting her new man, 39-year-old truck dealership owner Eugene Casciaro, including bringing him along to her hair care launch party last month.

Here is a photo of the two at the event:

In addition, Kenya shared the photo at the top of this post on Instagram and added the caption, “His smile though… #happy.”

But it seems Eugene has had some times in his past when he wasn’t smiling. (Segue skills on fleek!) Radar Online dug up an arrest report detailing a rather frightening incident in 2007 in which Eugene (aka Eugenio) reportedly went into a drunken rage at an Atlanta sushi restaurant and attacked a complete stranger after threatening to kill him, his girlfriend, and “every f**king person in here.”

Here’s Eugene Casciaro’s mug shot photo from the arrest, followed by a description of what happened by Officer Sicheneder from the arrest report:

Eugene Eugenio Casciaro mug shot 2007 arrest

On the above date and time, I was dispatched to a fight at 1380 Atlantic Drive, the Geisha House Restaurant. I met with security guards who had the accused, Mr. Eugenio Casciaro detained. I spoke with the victim, Mr. Grady Lucky [sic] and a witness, Ms. J*** H**** first. They advised me that as they ate dinner together, Mr. Casciaro told Mr. Luckey that he was “going to f**king kill him.” He also said that “even if you two get married tomorrow, I’d still kill you…I’ll kill every f**king person in here.”

At the that time, Mr. Luckey requested that he stop. Mr. Casciaro then struck Mr. Luckey in the back of his neck multiple times. Mr. Luckey turned around, and, in the process of trying to defend himself, Mr. Luckey suffered cuts on his hand. He was able to take Mr. Casciaro to the ground and hold him there until security arrived.

As I was speaking with Mr. Casciaro, he was being very uncooperative and had a strong odor of alcohol coming from his person. Mr. Casciaro was arrested and charged accordingly. Both Mr. Luckey and Mr. Casciaro refused medical attention.

Radar managed to track down the victim, Grady Luckey, who recalled the harrowing incident. “He was at a table across from us, drunk and blabbering,” Grady says of Eugene. “He was talking about how he was going to kill somebody, about how he was going to kill ‘that guy right there,’ pointing at me.”

Grady says he tried to put a pin in the Eugene grenade by stating that no one was going to get hurt. “I was eating a piece of sushi, and the next thing I know, I was being punched in the face!” Grady says. “[Eugene] said, ‘You don’t know who I am! You don’t talk to me like that!'”

Forget “Gone With the Wind fabulous,” it sounds like Eugene was “three sheets to the wind furious”!

According to Radar, “the charges against Casciaro were later dropped for unspecified reasons.”

However, according to online records, Eugene Casciaro was arrested again in 2009. Here’s a mug shot photo followed by the list of charges from that arrest:

Obstruction of Officers – Misdemeanor
Criminal Damage to Property – 2nd Degree Felony
Theft By Taking – Felony/Misdemeanor
Simple Battery – Misdemeanor

Since the details about Eugene’s criminal history have surfaced, Kenya has come to the defense of her boo online. She posted this message on Instagram and Facebook yesterday:

It’s a slow “news” day when you dig up someone’s 8 year old mug shot when the charges were dropped. That’s a criminal?

If this relationship gets serious, Kenya might want to tear a page out of RHOA co-star Phaedra Parks’ playbook. Here’s Phaedra’s statement not long after marrying Apollo Nida when news broke about his criminal past:

As Malcolm X so eloquently put it: “Stumbling is not falling.” Yes, my husband is a convicted non-violent offender but I did not marry him because of his past, I married him because I love him. I married him because I am a Christian and I know that a person’s past does not dictate his or her future. Be you a Christian, ordinary citizen or just identify yourself as an American – this country and the justice system, however flawed it may be, was built on the power of redemption.

Charles Dutton was a convicted violent offender before he was the beloved actor, playwright and director we know him as now. Don King, Michael Vick and even Martha Stewart are convicted felons who served time and still make a difference. Prison did not stop Malcolm X, it enlightened him and gave him the perseverance to fight for others.

I believe in my husband, I trust my husband, I love my husband, and I know he loves and adores me. That is a blessing, and each day I am filled with an even stronger sense of gratitude for it.

Let’s hope things work out better for Eugene than they did for Apollo.

On a side note, while researching Eugene I ran across this interesting information: According to online records, there is a 39-year-old Eugene Casciaro living in Atlanta who is related to Mario Casciaro. In 2013, a Mario Casciaro was convicted of the first-degree murder of 17-year-old Brian Carrick in a very high-profile case that was even featured on 20/20. The case was memorable because Carrick’s body was never found, and there was suspicion surrounding another suspect in the case, Robert Render, who died in 2012.

Mario’s family have set up the website www.mariocasciaro.com to help draw attention to the case and hopefully find evidence to help prove his innocence.

The Chicago Tribune quoted Mario’s brother Eugene after the guilty verdict was reached. Eugene called the verdict “just a shame.” He added his brother Mario and Brian Carrick “were close friends.”

Let me iterate that I do not know that Mario’s brother Eugene Casciaro is the same man as Kenya’s significant other, Eugene Casciaro.
