JWoww feuds with US Post Office over lost package, horrible customer service
I suppose it could be said that there isn’t a lot to be learned from watching Jersey Shore, but three of the things I have learned are:
1. Don’t leave the show early, then come back the next season and leave the show early again.
2. Don’t date Ronnie.
3. Do not f*** with JWoww!
It seems the United States Post Office hasn’t been watching the show and they obviously haven’t learned that second lesson yet because they have not only lost a package of JWoww’s valuables in transit from the US to Italy, but have since treated her with some serious disrespect via their customer service – or lack thereof.
JWoww has been sharing some of her frustrations via Facebook, starting with these two entries on Monday. (You can tell she’s angry when she starts using all caps.)
I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE BEEN SO P!SSED OFF OVER INCOMPETENT PEOPLE WHO WORK IN NEW JERSEY AT THE US POSTAL SERVICE. IN MAY I HAD A PACKAGE SENT TO ITALY… I NEVER RECEIVED IT AND FINALLY IT GOT SENT BACK TO NEW YORK LAST WEEK THINKING IT COME TO MY HOUSE. NO THEY SENT IT BACK TO ITALY. ALMOST 4 MONTHS MY VALUABLES HAVE BEEN MISSING AND I WANT TO FINALLY TAKE ACTION AGAINST THEM. ANY IDEAS HOW?
TAKE IT FROM ME… NEVER SEND YOUR PACKAGES USPS… USE FEDEX… U DONT WANT TO END UP LIKE ME HAVING ALL YOUR VALUABLES LOST AND NEVER RETURNED
Apparently things went from bad to worse as JWoww shared these two posts earlier today:
I just had someone was USPS hang up on me when i asked about my package…. great customer service guys!!!!! great way explaining to me why u sent my package back to italy for no reason… She actually tells me “im hanging up”… i will never use them everrrrrrrrrrr again
Jennifer from USPS international inquiry u r a very rude person and should not be in customer service… hanging up on your customers does not get the job done. if u guys didnt screw up none of this would happen. return my package lol its been 4 months!!!! #USPSRETURNJWOWWSTUFF
We witnessed the power of the Shore earlier this week when Abercrombie & Fitch stock plummeted almost 10% after their anti-Jersey Shore publicity stunt backfired (they issued a press release stating they had offered The Situation and the rest of the cast money to stop wearing their clothes.) I realize that the US Post Office doesn’t trade on Wall Street, but this show gets around 10 million viewers a week and here’s one of them saying they are not only incompetent, but rude about it!
And just in case you forget what happens when you cross Ms. Jenni “JWoww” Farley, here’s a clip of The Situation feelin’ the wrath:
Being a celebrity blogger I don’t think I should be offering financial advice to anyone, but let me just point out that the New York Stock Exchange abbreviation for Fed-Ex is FDX (UPS is UPS).
