Jennifer Aniston’s hair stylist Chris McMillan posted a makeup-free photo of the her on Instagram, and it just proves that she’s naturally the cutest.
“Best #friends #no makeup #girl-time,” McMillian captioned the pic. 44-year-old Jennifer’s skin looks amazing, and while she does get laser treatments to keep it fresh, she says it’s also all about lifestyle. “I can never stress enough to my friends that they must do as I do … hydrate, hydrate, hydrate!” she told the Marie Claire‘s July issue. “Drink lots of water, get enough sleep, exercise, and eat a clean healthy diet, whenever possible.”
Last year she described her laser treatments to Conan O’Brien. “I did this thing called like, a peel,” she said. “It’s extremely intense. You don’t realize you look like a battered burn victim for a week. Then the dead skin on your face just kind of falls off for eight days. It was horrifying.”
It’s not really a surprise that Jennifer looks good without makeup because even at premieres and award shows she always goes for a more “natural” look.
