Can Jenelle Evans get an annulment from Courtland?
Jenelle Evans and Courtland Rogers have been split for over a week and a half now, but still, the Teen Mom 2 star has yet to file for divorce — even though she is already living with her ex-fiance Gary Head at his home. However, according to a new report, Jenelle may finally be ready to legally end her marriage.
“Jenelle wants absolutely nothing to do with him. She isn’t talking to him, she’s changed her number and she is totally done with him!” a friend of Jenelle’s reveals to Radar Online. “Jenelle wants to legally end this marriage and quit having Courtland in her life,” the friend says. “She doesn’t want to forgive him right now and she just wants it over.”
“I want to talk to my wife!” a seemingly heartbroken Rogers explains. “I can’t believe she is doing this to me!” Both parties have played the victim right from the start, so it’s sometimes a bit hard to know who to believe but from what we’ve heard . . . Courtland started it. He was the one who’s wild night out while a pregnant Jenelle slept, which started the fight which led her into the arms of Gary and him into the arms of some chick in Ohio (who he claims to have not kissed but was seen on video doing so).
Following that fight, Jenelle reportedly filed five charges of assault against Courtland and two days later, she miscarried their baby.
As far as Jenelle’s relationship with Gary goes, they claim to just be friends but are apparently living together. Recently, rumors surfaced that the two had gotten re-engaged, but Jenelle shot down those reports.
At this point, Jenelle still has yet to file for divorce and it has been rumored that she’s waiting because she’s going to try and get an annulment instead, but that may not be easy. Typically, a prior engagement and a pregnancy during the marriage could be reason for why a couple would not be eligible for an annulment.
