What did Drake Bell to do a child?

Bell had been interacting inappropriately with this underage fan online for a while before his December 1, 2017 concert. On the date of the concert, the then 31-year-old Bell tweeted out a promotion for it. The fan, who was going to the concert, started messaging the celebrity and the chat became sexual in nature. They then met in person, but details about what transpired have not been released to the public.

What are Drake Bell’s criminal charges?

He has been charged with a felony: attempted child endangerment, and a misdemeanor: disseminating material harmful to children. He is pleading guilty to both, although he had previously pled not guilty.

Will Drake Bell go to prison?

It’s unknown if Drake Bell will actually go to prison, but at this time he is facing up to two years behind bars. However, there is a chance he could just receive a few years probation instead. His sentencing will be July 12, 2021. He’s currently free on a $2,500 bond.

Mr. Bell, 34, who was charged earlier this month with attempted child endangerment, a felony, and disseminating material harmful to children, a misdemeanor, agreed to a plea deal at a virtual court hearing on Wednesday. He had initially pleaded not guilty to both charges.
