FLORIBAMA SHORE Who is Kortni Gilson’s boyfriend Ryan Trackwell?

MTV’s Floribama Shore kicked off another season of drunken drama and debauchery tonight, but at least one cast member might have to tone things down a bit courtesy of an off-screen significant other. Kortni Gilson, who is arguably the drunkest, most dramatic, and debaucheriest of the entire cast, has herself a boyfriend! In the military!

Kortni has been sharing photos of her new boo on Instagram dating back almost a year. So, who is Kortni Gilson’s boyfriend?

His name is Ryan Trackwell and he is a member of the United States Air Force. Originally from Michigan, Ryan looks to be stationed at Hurlburt Field, Special Operations Command, in Fort Walton Beach, Florida.

Interestingly, it appears as though Ryan was previously married — for quite a while. He wed a young woman from Michigan in July of 2011. The two remained officially married until their divorce was finalized in March of 2018. By the end of the year, Ryan had moved on with Kortni.

It’s unclear how Ryan and Kortni met, but given that Fort Walton Beach is less than 60 miles from Panama City Beach, I’m assuming they met at a club in one city or the other.

It’s nearly impossible to get any sort of personality read on Ryan based solely on his social media presence, but I think we can assume he is at least mentally stable given his continued enlistment in the US Air Force. That would be a major improvement for Kortni, who is still dealing with the repercussions from dating ex Logan Fairbanks, who is anything but mentally stable.

As we previously reported, Kortni Gilson was forced to take out a protective order against Logan in April of 2018 when he refused to leave her and her co-stars alone after their break up. The protective order filing was not much of a deterrent for Logan as he was charged with violating a protective order on May 18.

We later revealed more disturbing details about Logan’s obsession with Kortni, including multiple incidents before and after the May 18 violation charge. The allegations included multiple instances of Logan threatening to kill people, and one instance of show security patting him down and finding a knife in his pocket.

Logan would eventually plead nolo contendere to a felony aggravated stalking charge, and on November 9 of last year he was sentenced to 30 months of probation. However, Logan was back behind bars later that month when he was arrested in Florida for failure to appear stemming from a theft charge.

Getting back to Kortni Gilson and her current boyfriend, she assures viewers that they can still expect to see her drunken antics (sans the hook ups) this season. “Well I have a boyfriend this summer, he’s actually deployed right now,” Kortni revealed to Pensacola News Journal last month. “But I still go out and get drunk, of course.”

Just as the crazy preview trailers for the new season of Floribama Shore (and her co-star Nila Prowant’s arrest) suggest, Kortni’s cast mates will also be bringing the hijinx as well! “There’s so much more drama than any other season, and it just got super wild,” Kortni said. “Friendships were broken, there was a bunch of fights and drama. Some stuff came up from my past that I had to deal with.”
