Farrah Abraham’s fictional erotic novel could get her in real trouble
Farrah Abraham is taking great care to emphasize that Celebrity Sex Tape: In the Making is a fictional story loosely based on her own experiences. The company that produced her actual “home video” isn’t buying it.
According to TMZ, Vivid CEO Steve Hirsch is concerned Farrah will spill his celeb courtin’ secrets under the guise of fiction. He issued yet another cease and desist letter to Farrah, demanding she stop talking about anything even vaguely related to her experiences — noting she signed a confidentiality agreement last spring.
Based on past warnings from Vivid (which were apparently ineffective), Farrah could lose “all future and past royalties on both of her tapes” if the company proves she violated their contract.
It’s easy to see why Steve’s concerned with the upcoming erotic novel: Even though Farrah’s adamant the book is fictional, she continues to blur the lines.
“It’s based off my true experiences, but it’s not really about a lot of the things that are relevant that I really had to go through for legal reasons,” she told Celebuzz last week. “These are more fictionalized stories, but with the same meanings as I’ve learned through my experience.”
