Epic Ink’s Jeffrey Wortham and Caroline Russell wedding photos and video
Epic Ink co-stars Jeffrey Wortham and Caroline Russell went from tattoos to I dos as the A&E reality stars celebrated the end of their successful first season by heading back to Florida to get married!
Nerd vixen receptionist (and professional photographer) Caroline and tattoo artist extraordinaire Jeffrey tied the knot in an outside ceremony in South Florida on October 25. Caroline shared the above photo on Facebook a few days later and wrote, “A little cellphone shot from the wedding.. best family, best friends, best weather, best vendors.. Best damn day of my entire life!!! @jeffreywortham”
Prior to that, Caroline (aka Unicorn) shared this next photo from the wedding ceremony and captioned it with, “Married my best friend yesterday. I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day! Thank you to everyone who joined us & all who sent kind words!!” followed by the hashtags #mrandmrswortham #10252014 and #epicwedding:
Newlywed hubby Jeffrey (aka Space Wizard) expressed his joy after their big day, and also explained why the couple’s relationship was not a big part of the show:
Its true, I married Epic Ink Caroline and have been with her 7 years, a lot of people think she was on the show because she’s beautiful, but she was there for me, and the crew, as a distinguished photographer, and added countless design help for me, and overall positive influence, and yes she is a nerd in her own way, but did you know she also is a huge star wars fan? HAHAHA, but end point we wanted to make “epic ink” about tattoos and fun, not relationship drama.. We love you guys and thanks for everything!!! A&E A&E Australia #epicink #epicwedding
And to back up his point about their show being about tattoos and fun, and not about relationship drama, Jeffrey later revealed that A&E was not filming the wedding ceremony for a potential Epic Ink Season 2:
I am back on!! Yes it is true i married @Cee_Jay_Russell !! But we did not film!! Love yall and expect to see me around no matter what!

UPDATE – Check out this AMAZING video of the big day by Imprint Video:
Although by all accounts the wedding was a spectacularly joyful success, it was, at least in small part, bittersweet for Caroline because her father was not able to be there on her special day. She shared this emotional video of a bride’s dance with her ailing father in a hospital three weeks prior with a message expressing her sadness:
The Space Wizard and Unicorn followed up their wedding with a honeymoon trip to Orlando where they partook in all sorts of geeky goodness. I’m going to finish up this post with selected social media posts from the newlyweds, but first I wanted to say congratulations to both! Jeffrey and Caroline really do seem like a fantastic and perfectly matched joyful duo and we wish them all the best! Hopefully we will get to see them again soon on A&E! 😉
