Cops called to Joe Giudice’s home after fight with daughter Gia Giudice
Real Housewives of New Jersey‘s Joe Giudice was questioned by police at his beach home on Sunday afternoon, multiple sources report.
One witness told TMZ the incident began when a neighbor heard Joe’s daughter Gia Giudice begging to get into the home for several minutes. The source said Joe eventually let Gia in, but could then be heard screaming at the 14-year-old teen from the backyard. Another woman intervened and got in a shouting match with Joe, during which she allegedly yelled, “This guy is crazy, he’s dangerous, call the cops.”
By the time officers arrived, the situation was better and no arrests were made. A representative for Joe said the neighbor started the argument because she thought it was inappropriate for the Giudice children to be at the party Joe was hosting.
A police source told E! News that the altercation was such a non-incident, they didn’t even file a no report. The officer added, “Everyone was calmed down before we left and there were no more problems.”
Giudice family attorney James Lenoard Jr. said he believed the argument was “much ado about nothing.” He explained, “From what I’ve been told, all the neighbors down there love Joe, Teresa and the kids. Whatever this was or wasn’t, it’s over.”
Although Bravo cameras were not rolling, Joe and his daughters are working on a special program that will document their lives while Teresa is in prison.
