Earlier this year the Robert Kardashian’s widow Ellen Pierson Kardashian sold his own personal diaries to In Touch magazine. Her stepchildren, the Kardshians, sued her for copyright infringement, and now she’s countersuing. It’s hard to follow all this legal drama.

The handwritten diary includes some allegations of abuse. The Kardashian siblings first denied that the diary belonged to their father, but ended up suing Ellen for copyright infringement. Now Ellen is suing them right back.
