23-year-old former model Kayden Nguyen had no idea what she was getting herself into when she replied to a Craigslist ad for an executive assistant assistant job at a production company back in February.
According to a lawsuit filed April 12, Nguyen interviewed with Steven Seagal’s production company Steamroller Productions multiple times and was told “that the job involved standard clerical functions as the Executive Assistant for Steven Seagal.”
But, when Nguyen got the job and was flown to New Orleans where Seagal was taping his reality show Steven Seagal Lawman, she found out that “the job she was expected to perform had nothing to do with being an ‘Executive Assistant.” She claims the actor had two Russian “attendants” on staff “who were available for his sexual needs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week,” but one of them had quit and that was the job she had actually gotten.
She goes on to describe in detail numerous situations in which Seagal forced himself upon her in a sexual manner, including demanding her to give him a massage, “pushing his hands under her shirt and attempting to fondle her bare breasts,” “forcing her head against his bare chest,” “forcing his hand down her pants between her bare buttocks” and telling her to “relax,” “we won’t do anything special tonight. I’ll save that for another night.”

Kayden Nguyen is suing for well over a million dollars. Marty Singer, attorney for Mr. Seagal, has responded to the allegations by saying “The lawsuit filed by Kayden Nguyen against Steven Seagal is a ridiculous and absurd claim by a disgruntled ex-employee who was fired for using illegal narcotics.” He goes on to say the suit is a “complete fabrication without a scintilla of truth.”
UPDATE! TMZ has uncovered a video of Kayden making an appearance on The Tyra Banks Show in 2009 on which she proclaims to be able to “trick any guy into getting what I want.” CLICK HERE to watch the clip!
